Yes we do!* We ship worldwide. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
How much does shipping cost within the US?
Standard shipping on all US orders is $20USD. Express shipping is $40USD.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Unfortunately not. Sign up to our mailing list for 10% off your first order.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping on all US orders takes 5-9 business days. Where possible, we will endeavour to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase. In peak times, please allow at least 1 day handling time before your order is dispatched. You can select ‘express shipping’ for an additional $40USD to ensure you receive your shipment in 3-4 business days. For this express service, please ensure orders are placed before 2pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST). Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following day unless agreed upon with Toast Society.
Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the next business day.

Can I pay for faster shipping?
For all International orders, including US orders, you can pay $15.00 for express shipping with DHL.

What shipping courier do you use?
For all US/International orders, we use either 'DHL', 'TNT' or 'Australia Post'. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia.
What do I do if I have not received a tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, that simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped.
Am I responsible for possible customs fees?
Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and / or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ‘Toast Society’ has no control over these charges, nor can ‘Toast Society’ predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Toast Society.Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on you package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.
Please note, Toast Society is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees.
